ARC QUESTAPPLAUDS US OPEN CHAMPION RORY MCILROY
ON HIS SHANGHAI MASTERS VICTORY

Osaka, Japan – October 31, 2011 – Arc Quest, manufacturer of award winning magnetic technology, announced today that company Professional Golf Tour Staffer Rory McIlroy held off a very talented American golfer on the first hole of a playoff to win the Shanghai Masters, his first victory since conquering Congressional and taking home the US Open title.

According to Arc Quest President Katsumi Komatsu, “Rory continues to prove how really talented he is. Earlier in his final round, he gave up a three-shot lead and then rallied from a stroke down to force the playoff. We applaud him on another outstanding performance and congratulate him for such an amazing victory.”

McIlroy closed his final round with an even-par 72 to match his playing partner’s 69 at 18-under on Lake Malaren’s Jack Nicklaus designed Masters Course. While he battled for one of the richest prizes in golf, he wore the Colantotte’s Trion:Z Loop wristband. A colorful, stylish, and waterproof silicone wristband that has Colantotte’s magnet technology.

Colantotte products are made with axially magnetized magnets in a unique Alternating North-South Polarity Orientation (ANSPO) to maximize the magnetic field flow.

“McIlroy’s playing prowess seizes so much media attention; it has helped propel Colantotte and its products, particularly the Tao Necklace. We thank him for wearing it daily as well as for his ongoing support,” adds Komatsu.

The TAO Necklace with CO Pendant represents the legacy of the Colantotte business. It features a graceful and artistic stainless steel pendant that shares the same lines as the Colantotte logo.
